Champagne Deutz was established in 1838 by William Deutz and Pierre Hubert Geldermann in the village of Aÿ.
Deutz sources its grapes from more than 190 hectares of vineyard, a large percentage of which belong to Deutz. The remainder come from growers some of whom Deutz has been working with for several generations.
The overriding features of Deutz champagnes are elegance, finesse and complexity.
Deutz champagnes were exported to Australia until 2003 and Champagne Connection is extremely pleased to re-introduce these fabulous champagnes.
Champagnes Imported: Brut Classic NV, Brut 2005, Cuvée William Deutz 1999, Amour de Deutz 2000.
NB. Champagne Deutz should not be confused with Deutz Marlborough wines from New Zealand.
