Champagne Connection specialises in the importation of champagne from small producers. The business was established in 2002 by partners Patrice and Linda Ringuede, Karen Moore and Ian Leamon. Ian Leamon, winemaker and director at Chateau Leamon Bendigo, has always had a keen interest in Champagne production and the Champagne region. He worked at Veuve Clicquot during the 1985 vintage and together with Karen has undertaken extensive trips to the Champagne region in recent years.

During these visits Ian and Karen discovered many high quality champagne producers through out the region whose wines were unknown in Australia. These wines represented great value for money, often half the price of the well-known prestige houses seen in Australia. 

Three houses have made a special impact. They are  H.Blin & Co,  Henri Goutorbe and Joseph Loriot-Pagel. It is the wines from these fine Champagne Houses that Champagne Connection are currently importing to Australia.
